We are inspired by nature, biology, and the sciences — and we build from those concepts on purpose. It shows everywhere: the technology part of this philosophy speaks in nature's vocabulary — fractal, swarm, emergence, fluid — and the field on the home page moves by the same rules flocks and cells do.

Why nature

Because nature already solved the problems we care about: systems that scale without a boss-process, parts that compose into wholes greater than themselves, resilience that comes from distribution instead of control. Borrowing those topologies isn't decoration — it's engineering from the longest-running production system there is.

The north star

Our north star is embedded computing, physical computing — computation leaving the screen and entering the world itself: objects, rooms, tools, and environments that can sense, act, and help in place. We point everything we build toward technologies that enable — that enable our world, and everything and everyone living in it.

The agents, the harnesses, the memory you can read — all of it is groundwork for that horizon. Software today; part of the fabric of the physical world as we get there.
