When a question matters, its answer is published here — sanitized where confidentiality requires — so every future reader inherits every past answer instead of the same questions dying in private inboxes. The register is new: no questions are published yet. Ask the first one.

What stays private

Customer confidences, personal information, security-sensitive implementation detail, and privileged matters are answered narrowly or not at all — and we say so rather than pretend the question wasn't asked.
