The architecture

Fractal and agent-first: every capability is owned by a bounded, declared agent; small agents compose into products, products into the platform. Work decomposes down; accountability composes up; nothing disappears into the tree. Read it on the technology pages — it is the blue ring you traveled through to get here.

The philosophy, enforced

Five categories — Technology, People, Sustainability, Access, Nature — and none of them are decoration: the no-tracking promise is gate-enforced, the openness is a public repo, the workshop is live on this site.

The ownership philosophy

We believe wealth is created collaboratively — with the people around the work — and that a company can be legible and participatory in public without turning its website into a securities marketplace. When capital participation ever formalizes, the collaboration will be the radical part; the instruments will be deliberately boring, conventional, and legible. That is a design decision, made now, on the record.
